Ordzaar Secures $2M in Funding

We want to congratulate Ordzaar on the completion of their $2M funding round. They are one of the few OG Bitcoin-native companies that have succeeded in completing a round in the current challenging fundraising landscape.

It’s always great to see other OGs win!

With their upcoming TGE (Token Generation Event) and airdrop happening on October 24th, we can all get a bit of exposure to what they have planned and how they’ll put this funding to work in the best possible way.

Yesterday, the one and only SlumDOGE Millionaire expressed the desire to ape into Runes. But who is the (in)famous dogcoin-loving man? For those unfamiliar with SlumDOGE Millionaire, he made it all the way to CNBC’s “Make It” back in 2021.

Now, it wasn’t all glitz and glamour, because as we all know, $DOGE didn’t perform too well in the years that followed. That’s what you can expect with a token that has a holder distribution like Doge. That’s probably why SlumDOGE saw the light and decided to come to the motherchain, retaining his fondness for K9 coins.

Let’s see what a “celebrity” like this can do for the $DOGE Army and how much more successful his BTC endeavour will be compared to his last one on ETH.

After a decent monday volume has dropped slightly lower this Tuesday. We’re looking at a slighly depressing see of red. Because when even the Based Angels are down, you know its real.

Gizmo the Cat takes today biggest hit losing over half its value, which conincides with its sister rune losing almost 20%. Both of which had of course seen massive upwards momentum for days, so a retrace was to be expected, however, 50% is quite substantial.

The other major loser is Abstract Being by Memphis who just made their entry in the top 10 yesterday.

Aeons on the other hand makes a nice 33.3% procnt move to the upside. who doesn’t love number like that.

The major winner though, by a landslide in turms ot price, are the Bitcoin Puppets Honoraries! With just 2 sales, totalling over 1BTC, they bumped thir floorprice by 475% overnight.

Let’s hope for a batter day tomorrow, shall we.

Runes

Rune volume, much like Ordinal collections, has taken a bit of a hit today, dropping across the board. In terms of price action, the effect is another sea of red, with just Pooka proving unstoppable, even in the face of market adversity, with a solid 15% move.

The other winner is OOZY•GOOZEMO, with an impressive 104% price increase after minting a few days ago and suffering a significant dip shortly after.

All other Runes are down, and most of them quite significantly. Many community favorites like GIZMO, Based Angels, and Pups are down double digits. Newcomer KIKA•THE•BUNNY•PLUSH is even down 47%.

It’s not the best day to own Runes or Ordinals.
