A tremendous mayonnaise hack shared by Casey (and the Inscribing Vegas Digital Auction has commenced)
Mayo is not made with an exact ratio of oil, vinegar, and emulsifier, so if you have some store-bought mayo, you can incorporate extra water-based flavorings by gently whisking them in, because it contains more emulsifier than needed.
