America’s Crypto Revolution Begins
The moment many had been waiting for finally arrived yesterday! Yes, another! “Ross Free” the other day, and yesterday, President Donald Trump signed an executive order aimed at boosting U.S. leadership in digital assets, exploring a national Bitcoin stockpile, and banning central bank digital currencies (CBDCs).
Crypto holders were so thrilled by the news they sold en masse, overjoyed to the point of liquidating everything!
In reality, the question of whether this news was already priced in had been debated long ago—and now we have the answer. It seems clear that this development was priced in the moment Trump won the election.
My (blind, barely educated) guess on why "stockpile" instead of "reserve" (since everyone seems to care so much), IANAL:

What Comes Next?
This executive order is yet another win for the U.S., but more importantly, for the entire crypto industry. The effects of these actions will likely be positive and long-lasting, even if they’re not immediately obvious.
What exactly will those effects be? Nobody knows for certain. But if we consider the actions of the previous administration and the Gensler-led SEC—and recall the impact their decisions and rhetoric had on prices—perhaps we can simply invert those outcomes to get a good idea.

Elsewhere, it’s nice to see O.P.I.U.M picking up some volume and breaking into the top 10, while OMB falls back below 0.15 BTC—a surprising development considering White Eyes are inscribed. Buyers just aren’t biting right now in these conditions.

Runes
$RSIC gets a modest 10% boost following the discovery of those intriguing transfers. Not quite as strong as the surge in RSIC Miners, but still a bright spot in an otherwise gloomy top 10.
I say "a modest 10%," but that’s a dream compared to the performance of most other tokens in this market. If you’ve checked your conviction bags on other chains today, it’s much the same story across the board.
